What did you today in the World of Darkness?

I thought, we could make a thread, where you can post everything WoD related in. Wether it is a good LARP or P&P session, a rereading of some of the novels, another go with Bloodlines, a cosplay...

I may as well beginn.
Today, I played the ClanQUestMod a bit more with my Nosferatu gentleman Mycroft Holmes. I found a really cool Nosferatu skin (it's this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/vampirebloodlines/mods/98) and I think, Gary will be very impressed. After I finished the CQM with a Toreador, that did join the Sabbat and ended the game with a really low humanity, I will play Mycroft probably as a really nice guy. He gives Mercurio his money back, helps Heather and does generally good stuff. He probably will go with the Camarilla ending, because he likes to join his clanmates.
Another playthrough, I have waiting, is my Malkavian Hannah P. Lovecraft. She will be based on my P&P character as much as I can play her that way. My Hannah is musician and explorer and a very social gal.

Another thing, I'm planning, is a story set in the WoD universe, for my next NanoWriMO camp in July. It is a crossover story between my own dark fantasy universe and the WoD, because I think, they might go well together.

Myself I had a dream not exactly about The World Of Darkness but still a world of darkness. I was in the bathroom when a really ugly naked hairless 2-meters-tall 30-cm-donged dude entered to kill me. Despite I was using the toilet brush in his mouth to keep me away he still pushed myself to the wall trying to reach me. My yelling to my roommate in the other bathroom was in vain until he finished showering and turned off the music. While the dude had to leave me to defend from my roommate I could pick the stapler and use it on his balls. And by the records, every night I have long and creative dreams .

Ha ha!  Yep, that's the kind of dramatic stuff I dream.  Sometimes its more fantasy or horror themed though.  And sometimes I revisit the same places. 

One place I have been visiting in my dreams since I was just a little boy is this dark forest with a trail going though it, with trees that are monumentally tall, like taller than most trees on earth, and they are ancient as well and their canopies are so thick and large that they are close together even though the tree trunks are spread apart about what you would normally expect in a forest, but the canopies are so close that not a lot of light penetrates through the branches.    Its always dark as night in the forest regardless of the time of day.  Many of the trees branches are covered in huge spider webs with MANY spiders living in them of varying size.  From tarantulas to spiders as big as horses or even elephants and even some as big as houses.  But there is one that lives situated upside down at the very top of the canopy of the forest, looking down at everyone who passes through the forest with many eyes.  It is indescribably huge.  Its so big that if you do shine a light up there you can't see all of it at once.  You only ever see part of it.  But you know what it is and its terrifying, so whenever you go through that forest you do NOT shine a light up there or look straight up if someone is burning a bright campfire.  You also try to stay away from ever having to climb any of the trees for fear of disturbing the hordes of spiders of varying sizes that live in the branches.  As long as you leave them alone, they leave you alone. Whenever I find myself there in my dreams, I try to get through that forest as quickly as possible.

Played my Malkavian a bit more. She couldn't resist sending that Thinblood after Lacroix. I think, she might be a real rogue. She blackmailed the doctor (only because he wouldn't help poor Heather) and told Mercurio, that she didn't find his money. Otherwise, she is a pretty nice girl, so probably a rogue with a golden heart. I like it.

I'm contemplating to play the Torrie again from King's Way onward (I have a save there, right before entering Andreis chamber) and this time not joining the Sabbat, so that I can do the Toreador clan quest, that sounds surprisingly interesting - surprisingly, because I normally find Torries pretty dull. This playthrough was only interesting because of joining the Sabbat. It felt right for that character. And I don't know, if that was Torri specific dialogue, but my Torri had some occasions, where she could compliment Andrei for his 'art'. That was deliciously creepy. Reminded me of what Outstar said in her Toreador video about them being the creepiest clan.

If you are playing the latest Unofficial Patch, you might see some proof that he got near to LaCroix at least ;)!

That sounds great, I always wondered, why we never hear from a tried breakin or something like that. At the moment, I play CQM 4.0 and I think, it doesn't have the latest version of your patch, but since I can't stop playing VTMB at the moment, I might try it with the latest UP too :)

This one xp isn't very important, but not getting the humanity point increases the chance that you can tell Lilly what she really is without having to kill someone before freeing her.

Concerning Lilly, I miss the line: "You're right. You are not a monster. If you can't control it you're an animal."
